Clean building convenient to all the trains
Cons
The walls are thin. Some of the old men tenants are predators.And make it very uncomfortable to live there. The laundry room is dark and has become a haven for people leaving their clothes everywhere, wash your clothes somewhere else. The old super live on this first floor, it is drug den.
