Apartment is just fine
Pros
Super is generally helpful, and if you submit a request, fixes are generally made. Apartments are old-school, with large bedrooms and living spaces. Elevator is great.
Cons
Pests, apartments are old and in bad condition. Response time for issues can be slow.
Advice to the owners
Overhaul the service request system.

The apartment faced the back and it got noisy with undergrad parties on the weekend
