Definition of Mediocre
Pros
- not too noisy - SPACIOUS bedrooms - updated enough appliances
Cons
- cockroaches everywhere in the stairs and apartments - weak water pressure - landlord rarely gets back to you // not in a timely manner - packages get stolen daily
Advice to the owners
I left due to rent increases that were unjustifiable for the space it was. Please seriously invest in a cleaning service to clean up not just the first floor, but all the stairs and doors of the tenants as well.

Management impossible to reach. Building is dirty. Bad neighbors with loud animals.
