Location and schools
Pros
Home attendant lives in the same building and very responsive. Close to the D train station, but not too close so it’s not too loud. A short walk to all kinds of shopping and restaurants on the 86th street, Best Buy, BJs. Very good schools: PS 101 and Cavalaro middle school.
Cons
Squeaky floors. Poor sound isolation between apartments. 23rd Ave can get busy at times which produces traffic noise in the day time.
Advice to the owners
