quiet and uneventful
Pros
beautiful block convenient location to stores, transportation, park, etc. spacious kitchen area spacious bedroom exterminator comes regularly clean hallway access to a small yard during pandemic super/landlord is responsive. kind people.
Cons
had mice on an annual basis. at first one or two, plugged up some areas and thought it was controlled. definitely saw roaches, not infested but more than we'd like to see. exterminator did not do much. bought roach gel myself to take care of the problem. our last episode of mice was too much. trapped 6 overnight. left shortly after that.
Advice to the owners
please take care to plug all the holes for plumbing with steel wool.
