The building was constructed with glue and twigs

Nice neighborhood that is it.
Cons
“Garden level flooded, when the building was built the construction workers threw cement in the drainage areas which resulted in flooding, and the entire street under repair. They do not take care of the overgrowth in the back area which is blocking the Heating/AC towers. Everything is build shoddy.
Advice to the owners
This building is garbage.
