No problems, solid building

Lived here for >5 years, never had any issues with management
Cons
There was a time when packages would be routinely stolen from the apartment, but that isn't unique to this building and it hasn't happened in about a year

Maintenance always super fast

Problems are always resolved incredibly quickly

Hell’s Kitchen can be noisy at night if you are facing the street
