Good building, tenant thief steals mail 24/7
Pros
The building is located in a great street, very quiet and calm. The super and the cleaning team do a good job. Neighbors are usually very friendly.
Cons
Management is poor, any delivery service will leave your packages in the lobby where a tenant steals them, your package can be delivered at less than 10 minutes later it will be stolen, management won't do anything about it.
Advice to the owners
Create an area where delivery services can drop off packages and be safely stored.

Pretty nice apartment!
Pros
Nice neighbors, small / not busy street, felt engrained in a community. Clean building, functional elevator, and beautiful roof views.
Cons
Had a mice problem for a while
