Responsive and reasonable
Pros
They are reasonable and responsive to issues and questions.
Cons
The buildings are on the older side and not very clean. I had a major pest problem but they did reimburse me for the cost. Their pest control does nothing.
Advice to the owners
Renovations would go a long way. Cleaning up the paint jobs of the apartments and doing a deep clean of the kitchen would as well. You should also use a pest control service that scans the entire apartment for holes and doesn’t just set traps.

Nice reliable building
Pros
Well maintained and clean with elevator and laundry in the basement. Apartments quiet with well insulated floors.
Cons
Slider windows are super old and don’t function well. Somewhat frequent water/boiler/gas disruption.
Advice to the owners
Live in super retired and hasn’t been replaced which would be good for tenants.
