Responsive management company
Pros
Management is very responsive to tenants' issues and requests. The building is well-managed. They offer pest control service every month which is helpful in keeping the building clean.
Cons
Not much except that they want to increase the rent by a crazy amount.

Major Roach Problems
Pros
Apartments are pretty spacious for the neighborhood.
Cons
Pretty bad roach problems in some units. Exterminator does coke once a month but it’s not much help. Also lots of noise comes in through windows if on the street facing side.
Advice to the owners
More vigorous extermination procedures.
