Large space for a decent price
Cons
Problems with mice, and the super will occasionally have such parties in the courtyard until 3/4am with music so loud that you can’t hear people talking in the room with you. If there’s any issue it’s also very difficult to get the super to respond, and even if he does, he usually doesn’t properly fix the problem and leaves.

Cons
Persistent pest problem (roaches and mice) Came onto a lease with two strangers. Toward the end of our lease, landlord let us know there was a balance that need to be paid. Two roommates moved out and then I was told that one of them had not been paying and the first order of business for the landlord and his lawyer was to evict me since I had signed a new lease. It was one of the most stressful experiences of my life that was completely unfair and the only reason I didn't wind up being evicted was because I was able to secure a lawyer who eventually came up with a compromise between us.
