A priced slum
Pros
pleasant, helpful neighbors
Cons
Hall and stairway carpeting needs replacement. Apartments are overpriced and in poor condition. Heat is not always reliable. Basement has dozens of small holes in walls that should have been filled. This allows mice and other rodents to enter apartments.
Advice to the owners
Stop making slapdash repairs. Use better contractors. Find a better way to control heat, instead of the one you currently use.

Great landlord! Location can be a bit loud
Pros
Great landlords, always sweet and responsive. Located in the building so very easy to get a hold of unlike most NYC landlords. Beautiful apartments and clean cozy hallway.
Cons
7th ave can be very loud for Park Slope. Appliances are old.
