Avoid Crazy Neighbors and stupid board

Pros

The building is old and desperately needs renovation, floor plans are horrible as well

Cons

Very far from subways, elevator shut down for more than a month to renovate, roaches are your best friends

Management very responsive, super quick to fix issues, feels safe

Cons

Being a co-op they are extremely strict about certain things, which at times can seem unnecessary
