Super responsive super. Clean halls. Friendly maintenance men.

Nothing yet! Kind of wish the apartments had dishwashers.

Horrible maintenance
Pros
Next to Astoria Park, Next to the river, quiet neighborhood. Big apartments.
Cons
Horrible maintenance work. I had problem with a cracked wall, they paint just this part after fix with other paint color shadow. I have problem with my buzzer, the electrician said that he can’t do nothing. I have problem with my radiator (loud hamer noise) they came to my place 4 times and said that need to be replace, guess what? Never replaced
