Pros
Close to transportation, snow & leaves are cleared away
Cons
Pest control inconsistent, super useless, repairs take forever, heat not always working, elevator has constant issues,

Fix complaints in timely manner, pest control management,

Nice neighborhood but not a nice building.

Stabilized rent that’s about it
Cons
Everything is old, when you move in they don’t even paint the apartment. Have to keep asking for things to get fixed.
Advice to the owners
Hire people that know what they are doing. Fix your building because it’s falling apart.
