Great walk up with minor flaws
Pros
Lovely neighbors, beautiful natural light, good windows
Cons
Noisy at times due to proximity to 2nd Avenue, heaters are old and make noise at night. Water in the shower sometimes runs too cold or too hot, rent is really high
Advice to the owners
Make sure heat and water are up to date
