Pretty good considering how awful others are
Pros
Responsive to unit repairs. Increases have been fair for the 4 years I lived here.
Cons
Rescinded—or I should say, didn’t honor a verbal agreement to renew. In hindsight I’d communicate everything via email. I could have fought but me leaving is really more their loss not mine. This is not RS or “good cause eviction” so they can do what they want. They do patch-work when they can, not fully repairing things.
Advice to the owners
Upkeep the building more. Replace the washer dryer they are garbage.
