Rats in building
Pros
Good size for junior 1 bedroom
Cons
The building manager never responds. Multiple apartments have had rats in their apartment.
Advice to the owners
Do better at responding and taking care of issues. And get rid of the rat problem!!!

Tiny Studio, constand water issues
Pros
Location Fire escape window
Cons
Water would come out brown or yellow all the time Water would get shut off all the time, Management would never fix the underlying issue Super load neighbors, walls are paper thin Studio was miniscule
Advice to the owners
Merge apartments to make livable spaces Re-enforce ceilings and walls for noise control
