Overall good experience
Pros
Huge bedroom and kitchen clean and well maintained unit friendly and prompt maintenance staff
Cons
Neighborhood is extremely loud No laundry in building No access to back yard area

Pleasant experience & nice apartment
Pros
Big fan of the management company in terms of responsiveness and common sense. Apartment is refurbished but with some of the original fittings (such as tin ceiling) intact.
Cons
Wish it was a bit more soundproof, and while pest control is generally good, there is a worry about rats in a neighboring building and bugs have occasionally been a problem.
Advice to the owners
Figure out a better trash situation perhaps and find a way to minimize intrusive sounds.
