There are no pros to living in these building
Cons
Everything, building is falling apart, has mold and bed bugs. The landlords doesn’t do anything to help and has an attitude when asked simple questions about fixing things within the house. The hallways are falling apart, building always smells like cigarettes
Advice to the owners
Don’t own a house if you can’t keep up with it
