Refund Deposit … what’s THAT?!!!!

B43 bus right outside. B52 bus around the corner.
Cons
dirty hallways. one washer AND one dryer for a four story walk-up with 2 apartments on each floor housing up to 4 people each. lots of smoking in the building even though it IS smoke-free. AND lastly, it took 4 months to get back rental deposits EVEN THO rent was NEvER late.
