Pros

-robert, the unofficial doorman who lives in the basement, is always there to help you with your programs and greet you as you arrive or leave. -live-in super -elevator

Cons

-tons of mice in our apartment, even though my roommates and I are relatively clean -super doesn’t always answer the phone when you need him -can be very noisy

Quiet building and the property managers are very responsive to repair requests when contacted directly

Cons

Tenants leave the trash area a mess! Also, no roof access
