Good Decent Place in Red Hook
Pros
Clean and attentive building manager. They paid to fully replace the creaky steps and they're great now. Laundry in building is fair priced. It's all good.
Cons
Neighbors are loud sometimes, and they have a loudly barking dog and there is construction on the block regularly and
