Harassment, trespassing, illegal lock changing, illegal construction without permits, without notice, on Saturdays, illegal conversion (theft) of tenant parking, illegal closure of the elevator without notice for 4 years 8 months, too many DOB violations to enumerate (city does nothing), unresponsive property owners, unresponsive building Super (pretends to not understand English, whenever convenient), illegal lack of heat (city does nothing), illegal lack of hot water (city does nothing), package thefts, building left unlocked and unsecured for weeks (c.d.n.), homeless sleeping in our hallways, building is unlocked during power outages, owners refuse to provide surveillance video of package thefts and break-ins, too many large nightclubs in the area thumping until 4 or 5 am, leaving the sidewalks impassable and then littered with broken glass and food trash from unregulated food trucks parked illegally...& the city does nothing...
