Unresponsive twords tenant issues
Pros
Good location and close to train.
Cons
Lots of clutter in hallways, mail area not secure, land lord response time is very poor. The building is not maintained well. The hallways are cluttered and dirty. Many electrical and heating issues. Children are allowed to run between floors screaming and playing.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive to tenants.
