Great responsive landlord and amazing location
Pros
Amazing location. Super-responsive and friendly landlord. Will address things quickly as he lives on the bottom-floor. Lack of laundry is negated by the fact that it's across the street.
Cons
Some of the detailing and appliances are now outdated.
