Lack of management
Pros
When the heat is on, IT IS ON! The Building gets mopped.
Cons
Sup does the bare minimum for the building and it has been reported to management. Management is barely responsive. Trash in the front never gets cleaned. At. All.
Advice to the owners
Please respond to requests and also speak with your sup about upkeep of the ENTIRE BUILDING.

Water pressure is excellent!!
Cons
Neighbors are LOUD with music. And neighborhood isn’t that safe.
