Great building with updated appliances

Gym on site, amenities and updated appliances
Cons
Walls are too thin. Noise levels are expected depending on area and usually not a bother but feeling comfortable in a private space is important.

Constant construction and noise
Pros
The appliances are nice, the bedroom is big. The gym is nice(but you have to pay).
Cons
Pay for Laundry Pay for Gym access Constant Construction which leads to infestations or disturbed sleep. Extremely loud neighborhood Thin windows Poor intercom system Poor securtiy
Advice to the owners
Less construction if possible or be proactive against infestation issues
