Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant feedback for buildings managed by Laurence Gluck reveals a mixed experience. Positive notes include generally clean buildings, friendly and helpful staff, good locations, and well-maintained common areas and amenities. Many tenants appreciate responsive supers and attentive doormen. However, recurring concerns are poor pest control (notably mice and roaches), inconsistent heating, noise disturbances, and occasional slow or inadequate management responses to maintenance and safety issues. Garbage management quality varies by building, and some renters express frustration about rent practices and communication. Overall, tenants can expect well-kept properties with engaged staff but should be prepared for maintenance challenges and variability in management responsiveness.

Great place to start

Pros

Elevator building, daily sanitizing, laundry in building

Cons

The heat is so loud the pipes clang more than normal in the winter I could not fall asleep Saw mice and cockroaches in the laundry room Lived on the interior side and could hear all the patio parties throughout the night. Next building is super close so when people hosted parties you could hear it.
