Great maintained building in the WV
Pros
- Management is great and fixes things quickly - Building is maintained well year-round - Residents are courteous and no loud tenants
Cons
- No laundry in building - Some apartments could use renovations/updates - Apartment did not have screens in windows, which was not ideal (not sure if this is every apartment) - Right above subway, so lower floors can be loud at some times
