Cheap for reason
Pros
Spacious, rent stabilized, love the area, beautiful prewar features
Cons
Super didn’t fix broken front door for 6 months, they paint over power outlets to make them unusable and hazardous, they paint over clear water leaks
Advice to the owners
Stop painting over the outlets and water damage

Amazing super, horrid management
Pros
Amazing super that lives in the building. Quiet street. Close to park.
Cons
Management is horrible - tons of reviews online about these slumlords. Train is a good walk away. Apartments need renovation.

No advice could change someone's racism, homophobia, greed, and all around rudeness.
