Fine apartment in good location
Pros
Few residents, neighbor noise is manageable. Unit controlled heat and AC
Cons
Hallways and common areas are dirty and need to be repainted. Landlord is unresponsive and predatory with rent increases

Heat didn’t work for long periods of time. Uncooperative and evasive super.
