Pros
-Generally quiet and respectful neighbors -Close to the G and bus lines -Near many bars and restaurants
Cons
-Sometimes there were would be people (not residents) that would wander into the vestibule -Management is terrible. It would take forever for any issues in the apartment to be fixed. Deposit was returned more than a month later after emailing/calling many times and they didn’t even return the full amount expected. They are very delayed or never answer calls/emails. -Heat was too strong/can’t control it -Hallways can be messy sometimes

Pros
Laundry in the building /security. Apartments are decent size.
Cons
Roaches. Mold in the windows & bathroom every winter time. Water bugs come to visit in the summer time ...disgusting!!!!. People hanging out in front of the building when the weather is nice. A lot of fights. People blasting loud music...during the night time. No respect.

The laundry room needs new washing machine
