Pros
- Chill building - Laundry is easy - Elevator functions most of the time
Cons
- Sometimes pee in elevator or hallway - Garbage left around in stairwells but usually cleaned up in a day - Packages likely to get stolen

Very well renovated appartment They renovate every apartment after each tenant with new fridge and new stove… Close to everywhere Good super
Cons
Dog piss Smelly building 24/7/365 If you want to smell piss the whole year long, this is the place to be Laundry didnt work since the day i moved in nov 2021
