tiny apt low expectations
Pros
one unit per floor limits noise/ amazing location, for travel/commute, 30 steps from fulton station center/ view of WTC from fire escape/ exposed brick/ white walls/hardwood floors/ decent kitchen space but fridge in dining room lol rooms are basic w unique shapes, makes all decor cool/ cheap/ on top of omar's great restaurant/
Cons
janky front door = sketchy/ single hall/staircase is gross/ mold on bathroom ceilings/ no natural light, very limited from windows/ mice, no help from mgmt/ no garbage mgmt/ mail is never locked/very secure/ no heat in bathroom/ very low ceilings/ rooms are basic/ water boiler in living room/ no natural light in living room (only bedrooms)/ small/
Advice to the owners
re-do the entire front entry (mail) halls and stairs, not just paint over crap

Pros
Every apartment is floor-through.
Cons
The hallway is never cleaned. It is nearly impossible to get maintenance done in the apartments. The street is incredibly noisy at night--it's across the street from the loading dock of an office building, which has garbage trucks almost every night.
Advice to the owners
Please respect your tenants more.
