Loved living here!

Pros

Close to work, laundry on the floor, Gym, overall veryyyyy clean and meticulous !

Cons

Elevators sometimes slow but even that isn’t a huge issue!

Almost perfect living

Pros

Well maintained building and clean. Very quiet neighbors.

Cons

Loud noises from the street specially at night - cars and fireworks - whole summer and fall. People get together on the streets in the summer which also causes noise at night.

Advice to the owners

Better windows might help reduce the noise.
