Great apartment size, great amenties, bad neighbors
Pros
loads of light, nice size, great location
Cons
super busy, revolving door of people, neighbors that loiter around the entrance
Advice to the owners
If there were better tenants in the building this would be a great place to live

Overall, nice place to live!
Pros
Management team is responsive to maintenance requests, beautiful view and amenities.
Cons
Many residents don't adhere to the non-smoking policy. Some floors worse than others but smoke frequently travels through vents. Added cost for amenities and pool (+ guest limits), no leg machine in gym
