Nice spot!
Pros
The super is very nice and helpful, the lobby is modernized and pretty, and the elevator is a great perk. Overall didn't have many problems here!
Cons
There was a huge problem with packages getting stolen from the lobby while I lived there. I had to run downstairs as soon as I knew my package arrived to avoid it getting stolen, as I had three packages get taken.
