Horrific management but nice location

Horrible management. Don't respond for weeks when things are broken.

Worst Building Management Ever Experienced
Pros
The water was usually hot and clear.
Cons
Building staff is not capable of making basic repairs and often cause further damage; management is completely unresponsive to all issues. tenants are left to deal with issues on their own.
