Beautiful old brownstone
Cons
Landlord is completely unresponsive and does not handle maintenance requests or complaints about pests. She refused to take out the trash for months, and the building regularly gets notices that our gas and electricity will be cutoff. The building is falling apart and the landlord refuses to do any maintenance at all. Personally, in retrospect I would consider this $500/month extra given the lack of maintenance and terrible landlord for this building.

The apartments are beautiful, original crown moldings, decorative fireplaces, great sunlight.
Cons
Suzy Sanford is a slum lord. She does not respond to tenants, especially when she realizes she's wrong. Does not give tenants proper legal notice for reviews. Does not pay her bills on time and we get multiple turn-off notices mailed to us or posted on the building. Does not have garbage taken out despite telling us it is part of the services to building. Lets RATS run wild. Lies constantly to everyone.
Advice to the owners
Pay attention to your building. Take care of the garbage and the rats. Pay your bills.
