Beautiful, Classic, Historic, Safe
Pros
Lovely building with well-maintained apartment, good laundry room and package room and beautiful courtyard. In a quiet area of Upper East and easy to get around the city with nearby trains and buses. It is kept vacuumed and cleaned.
Cons
Fully a walkup, a little far from subway.

walk-up, right next to a school (noisy during school year), small bathroom and bedrooms
