Downtown pros but downtown problems
Pros
Downtown location near west village Cheaper rent compared to nearby
Cons
Even being on a louder floor is super loud - there’s the expected weekend parties but the worst was all the delivery trucks for the bars and restaurants and 3am on a Sunday or Tuesday Bug problems
