It’ll do in a pickle
Pros
close to the subway, a great deli on the corner and a friendly atmosphere during the day.
Cons
Mail system is ridiculous, building could be cleaned once in a while, very noisy community and neighbors.
Advice to the owners
Clean your property and sidewalks. It would help the curb appearance and your tenants fee more at home. Also, please have a better maintenance system! it takes forever just for someone to come and fix your issue!

Poor water pressure Slow management Packages constantly stolen because door doesn’t shut perfectly AC sometimes doesn’t work
