The history of the building is cool, and that section of west end ave is really nice.
Cons
Unresponsive management. Very poor finishings, everything sloppily done and with cheap materials. Always a gut renovation happening in one unit. The staircase is terrifying, it creaks and sags. The stench of cigarettes is impregnated in the carpet and seemed to rise up through the floorboards. Also, the M86 bus stops right in front and it is really annoying.
Advice to the owners
Fix the structural issues in the building!
