Mostly great things, few not so much
Pros
Great location, spacious apartment for the price, nice neighbors, fairly nice lobby and stairwell
Cons
Water pressure isn’t great, no air flow due to windows only being located in bedroom, building manager isn’t super helpful. Roaches have been seen but not often.
Advice to the owners
Great building with great people, would like manager to be a little more helpful.

Great building, attentive super
Pros
Very responsive when things go wrong. Nice apartment interiors.
Cons
Had a couple of problems with water leaking but they were resolved quickly
