My daughter lived here and really liked her apartment
Pros
Lots of light. Hardwood floors.
Cons
Not clean enough. No dishwasher

Well-maintained building in quiet neoghborhood
Pros
Large floor plans, unique architectural details - community of residents who have been in the building for many years
Cons
Walls / ceiling / floor are thin so you can often hear neighbors (and dogs barking) - floors are very creaky - super is unresponsive (but porter is great)
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive to tenant inquiries and/or hire a better super who can field tenant inquiries on your behalf
