Pros
Location was great. Good amount of space. Open plan kitchen.
Cons
Not a lot of windows. Next to police station, fire station and train tracks - can get loud. Super is not very responsive

no heat , the gas has not been working for a year now , my neighbors and myself have been ordering takeout for the past year and they refuse to fix the gas
Advice to the owners
stop being cheap and pay con Edison so you can provide us with heat and gas
