Really awful management
Pros
There’s really not much to love in this building other than maybe the roof access.
Cons
Hot water was out constantly, the yard was a rat fest, packages were frequently stolen and the ownership group didn’t care whatsoever.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive

Back garden. Washer dryer combo.

Thin walls and low ceilings.
