Advice to the owners
Actually fix the water leaks instead of putting a bandaid on the issue. Respond to tenant calls and emails. Hire professionals to perform maintenance tasks.

- Extensive & pervasive mold problem due to poorly installed windows & roof (landlord "fixes" these issues by painting over the mold) - Active leaks when it rains - Silverfish and House centipede infestation due to moist conditions in the building - Landlord will ignore you and do nothing to fix your problems - Active prostitution ring operates out of Apt 1, random men will continually come to buzz Apt 1, arriving at 30 minute intervals. Landlord is aware of this and does nothing.
