Great Park Slope Brownstone Apt.
Pros
Large spaces, clean building, good neighbors and beautiful interior (classic brownstone). Great community of neighbors on a super friendly block.
Cons
None really - except for typical brownstone stuff, like central heat.
Advice to the owners
Sorry to leave - nothing to add.
